Specialists alongside your team
Experienced engineers or specialists join your existing team for the engagement. Responsibilities, reporting lines and technical leadership are agreed up front and reviewed as the work progresses.
Aarambh is not a recruitment agency. We assemble and lead teams for the work we are accountable for; we do not supply CVs.
What we do
Team assembly. Skills, seniority and capacity defined from the scope, then specialists sourced and interviewed for the project, in France or, where your requirements allow, in French-speaking Africa or India.
Delivery model design. What stays in house, what goes to a partner, and where, with the governance that keeps it under control.
Supplier selection and setup. Requirements, longlist, evaluation, technical interviews of the proposed consultants, contract and data processing agreement structure, onboarding and governance.
Cross-border compliance. Data transfer mapping, transfer impact assessments and processor chains, prepared with your legal counsel.
Single accountability. One contact in Montpellier, answerable for the whole, whoever is doing the work.

Access, data and working arrangements
Delivery can remain entirely in France when required and agreed. Where specialists outside France take part, team locations, remote access and any cross-border data handling depend on your requirements and are agreed in writing before work starts, with your legal counsel where a transfer assessment is needed. Where you host your data does not by itself decide where the team sits; both are your decision.
