Aarambh provides advisory services to business clients. French consumer mediation provisions do not apply to business to business relationships.
Privacy policy
Aarambh takes the protection of personal data seriously. This policy describes what we process, why, and the rights available to you.
It separates two sets of processing, which follow different rules:
- data collected through this website and our communications,
- data processed in the course of our consulting engagements.

Given the nature and volume of our processing, Aarambh is not required to appoint a data protection officer. Requests are handled directly by the managing director.
8. Data collected through this website
8.1 Contact form
When you write to us through the contact form, we collect:
- your name,
- your email address,
- your organisation's name, country and size,
- the content of your message.
Purpose: to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to begin a business relationship.
Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and Aarambh's legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries (GDPR Article 6.1.b and 6.1.f).
Retention: three years from the last exchange, then deleted.
To prevent abuse, the form limits the number of messages per IP address. The IP address is held in memory for a few minutes for that purpose only, then discarded.
8.2 Technical browsing data
The site's server records technical connection data (IP address, timestamp, pages viewed, browser type) for security and service availability.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in securing and operating the site.
Retention: fourteen days.
9. Data processed in the course of our engagements
When Aarambh works for a client, the client remains the data controller and Aarambh acts as a processor within the meaning of GDPR Article 28. In that context:
- processing is governed by a contract or data processing agreement with the client,
- data is processed in France and within the European Economic Area,
- no client personal data is transferred outside the EEA without the client's prior written instruction,
- Aarambh engages no sub-processor without the client's written authorisation.

10. Recipients and website processors
Data collected through this site is accessible to Aarambh's managing director and to the following technical provider, acting as a processor:

No data is sold, rented or transferred to third parties.
11. Transfers outside the European Union
Aarambh's website, domain name and email are hosted in France by OVH SAS. No personal data collected through this site or our communications is transferred outside the European Union.
Data processed in the course of our engagements remains within the European Economic Area, as set out in the section on our engagements, with no transfer outside the EEA without the client's prior written instruction.
12. Security
Aarambh implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure or access. These include encrypted communications, strong authentication and access limited to what is strictly necessary.
13. Your rights
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability, together with the right to give directions regarding your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@aarambh.fr. We will respond within one month.
